Boater Education

The North Carolina boater education law as paraphrased by the NC WRC states 

America's Boating Course satisfies the requirements of the North Carolina Boater Education Certificate. This course meets all North Carolina requirements for those born on or after January 1, 1988 who operate a vessel propelled by a motor 10HP or greater. A wallet certificate will be awarded after the course completion exam.
